3.3 You must notify phdream8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phdream8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.5 All transactions on phdream8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rates.
4.6 phdream8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
5.1 phdream8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
